This is an opportunity for someone who loves social media and has a genuine passion for storytelling through video content. You’ll play an important role in helping us build a platform that prioritises using social media as a force for good - supporting local businesses, social enterprises and building community.

Social Media Content Creator (Producer)
About the role
We're looking for a creative and passionate social media content creator who can lead and drive the short form content production arm of Bianca in Melbourne. You’ll be responsible for production workflow for Bianca in Melbourne which is inclusive of:
Ideating content ideas (12-16 shorts per month)
Scripting content
Coordination of filming schedules
Filming content (ad hoc)
Briefing in video to editor (with clear notes)
Reviewing edits and managing feedback (in set time blocks)
Coordinate content scheduling with team (you won’t be scheduling)
Content library management
Preparing monthly reporting with performance data, insights & recommendations
Building and maintaining standard operating procedures
