About the role
We're looking for a short-form video editor to join us on a freelance basis. You'll be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, platform-ready Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts, editing videos as they come in.
This is a creative role for someone who genuinely loves short-form content, understands what makes people stop scrolling, feel inspired and can work independently with clear briefs.

Working from video briefs with clear notes and direction
Adding captions, on-screen text, transitions and audio to match the platform & brand
Turning around revisions efficiently within agreed feedback windows
Maintaining a consistent look, feel and pacing that's true to our brand
Organising and managing files within our content library system
Building and following standard operating procedures for editing workflows

You're driven, organised and can juggle multiple edits at a time
You have great attention to detail and care about things like captions, audio sync, pacing, colour, everything
You like to nerd out about hooks, retention and what makes people stop scrolling
You're proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar, and you have a portfolio or reel to show for it
You're reliable, communicative and deadline-driven
You're comfortable working independently from a brief with minimal back-and-forth
You want to learn the ins and outs of working with a growing creator brand
You appreciate open communication and aren't afraid to move quickly
